• Package may vary according to airfare & ROE.
• This Package is valid for October & November.
• Check – in & Check - out Time According to Hotel Policy or Standard Time.
• 60% advance for booking. Rest before 15 days of departure. Please note booking cannot be on hold until full payment is received in company’s bank account.
• Please note that once the package is booked, the amount refunded is completely subjected to the terms & conditions of flight, railways and hotel.
• Rates are applicable for minimum 2 Pax, will be subject to availability
• This rate is not valid for any festive season, major event and peak season.
• Confirmation subject to availability at the time of booking. No booking has been made.
• Given hotels and rooms are on confirmed state but in case of any unexpected situation/local government notification or any technical fault which lead to the cancellation/overbooking of any booked Hotel, Virajosa reserves rights to change the hotel and provide any other hotel of similar standard.
• Flight ticket cancellation / Refund is strictly in accordance with Airline’s cancellation/Refund policies.
• Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to the airport. Virajosa shall not be responsible for any incidence where customer is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any other factor.Vehicle provided during tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified / common route.
• Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided in tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from designed plan will be prohibited.
• In case of any natural calamity or any other force majeure incident, Virajosa reserves the rights to modify/change or cancel the partial or complete tour Package. Virajosa shall not be held responsible for refund/Compensation in any such circumstances due to such unforeseen event and/or irresistible force, Act of God, etc.
• In case of any on ground issues with any third party, Virajosa shall try to support in all possible ways but shall not be held liable for the act and hence will not be liable for any sort of compensation. Virajosa’ s liability in relation to the Package shall at all times be limited to those circumstances where an express liability has been cast on it under these Terms.
• In case of non-payment of package cost or any unpaid component of the Package, the voucher shall stands null and void.
• The court at Jaipur shall alone have absolute jurisdiction to the exclusive of jurisdiction of any other court to entertain any dispute/difference/claims under this invoice.
